I have been going to Room 19 to have my hair done for over a year now. I suffer from social anxiety and depression due to horrific experiences that I have gone through both as a child and in my adult life. I find it difficult getting out and about. My daughter thought having my hair done would cheer me up. My daughter also has her hair done at Room 19, she too has been going to Room 19 for quite a long time now. My daughter told me how nice the girls were and what a lovely person Pamala was, how Room 19 had a very warming and relaxing atmosphere. After giving it a lot of thought I agreed to go. Well, what a place! I was made to feel so welcome. Everyone made me feel at ease. I felt so relaxed but best of all I just loved my hair!!! It made a big difference to how I felt and now I look forward to having my hair done. All of the hairdressers at Room 19 are so passionate about their profession yet at the same time make you feel instantly at ease, so you know you are in good hands. It makes such a difference when a hairdresser takes the time to listen to how you would like your hair to look. Plus talk you through each stage of what they can do to give you the look you want. I would hghly recommend Room 19 if you are looking for amazng hair! May I take this opportunity to thank Pamala and her girls for making a huge difference to my life, everytime I walk out of Room 19 I have gained a little more confidence, more than any therapy session has ever done for me, so thank you, what amazing hairdressers you are!!!
