The service is very good and the menu is OK. Wine is a bit pricey but very nice. The steak that I had was cooked to my choice but it was served on a very cold plate. The Trust is not the only restaurant with this fault and I don't understand why restaurants do this. It's very poor service doing this. But overall the meal and experience was fine.
